Gerald Full of Wonder was produced almost entirely by crew members of the Netflix drama House of Cards. While on location in Baltimore, MD for the third season, many crew members contributed in order to help get the short get shot over the course of two weekends in October and November of 2014. The two actresses, Jaci Jones and Jennifer Osborn, have both appeared on screen in House of Cards. The first cut was shown at the season three wrap party.
