This Movie Is A Must See Movie And I Highly, Highly Recommend It!

I thought the movie was awesome first and foremost because the production value was phenomenal. In addition to this, it was not your typical, "when you've seen one you've seen them all" type of high-level thief movie. I thought that Braden and Skye played by Jason A. Drago and Danni Wang were awesome. They had an on screen chemistry that really made their love interest and crime spree partnership very believable. The redeeming qualities that they exemplified made it very difficult to dislike them despite their antisocial behaviors and their underground careers. Many movies that fits into this type of genre tends to make it very easy to dislike the "bad guys" as you root for the good guys and wait to see how they eventually overcome in the end. The movie had various different components that kept me anticipating, engaged and wondering how everything was going to play out from the onset of the movie. Once again the movie was phenomenal and to me the future of this film looks very, very bright. I see nothing but good things in stored for this movie and it is definitely a must see. I highly, highly recommend it.

Great short from a talented filmmaker

I saw this film as a part of the Drexel Film show and while it was surrounded by a huge amount of very successful films, this one was simply my favorite. I'm an actor local to the Philadelphia area and I've been a part of many productions around here, but hardly seen work as good as this one, especially from a student. The photography and acting were absolutely the stand out of this film. The story arc was very well put together and the characters were so believable. I only wish I got to be a part of this wonderful film. I had a chance to meet the filmmaker, Johno, at the show and he was so friendly. I hope this film does great things for him!

Thrilling, hip, two "Mi$fits" find each other and run from the law, one robbery at a time

As an actor myself, I usually watch movies not entirely for enjoyment, but as a learning experience. Some films I am able to pick up on techniques of what to try in my own acting, and sometimes what not to try. The casting in Mi$fits was a huge lesson in how to be a bad ass dramatic actor. The sexy, sarcastic, subtle script was elevated by the contemporary and edgy cinematography.

In a story similar to a modern-day Bonnie and Clyde, the actors, along with the elaborate, detail-oriented sets and camera angles, hypnotize you with the world that director and writer, Johno Faherty has created for these characters. Actors Jason A. Drago, Danni Wang, and Christine Spang were chosen for very obvious reasons; they were completely engulfed in their characters. If you are looking for a thrill-ride in an expensive sport car, or perhaps a private jet, look no further than Mi$fits. My only complaint is that the movie was not longer. Let's hope for all our sake that this short is picked up and turned into a full-length feature.

Faherty hits home run as Writer, Producer, and Director

This may have been a low budget film but the production, writing, photography, direction and acting were all of the highest caliber. Johno Faherty seamlessly put everything together so that the dialogue and action fit the story. The performances by the actors, especially Jason Drago and Danni Wang (the lead actors), were very good. The Procducers also did an admirable job. There aren't too many low budget films that have a beautiful ten passenger private jet in several scenes. And it wasn't a computer generated jet, it was real. Johno Faherty (Writer, Producer and Director) has a bright future in the film business. He is a man of many talents.

    Literally the best movie ever

This movie was so great! It kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time; it was a thriller, a comedy, a love story, dramatic, action packed and more! The actors were extremely talented and passionate; really fit their roles and Johno did such a great job directing! This movie left me wanting more, in a good way, and I would most definitely see a full length version of it and hope to possibly some day. Johno has so much potential in the field of directing and I can't wait to see what he does with his skills. I am so impressed by his capabilities as a 22 year old recent graduate and will be expecting more from him in the future!
