Really, this is a show that keeps it real, yet somehow still keeps every moment entertaining and thoughtful. It's also hilarious without ever going over the top until the season finale. The fact that it's only 10 episodes long so far is a travesty, but the great news is that they're all quality episodes. The show doesn't feel like anyone is acting for the most part, and the subtleties are subtle and aren't ever thrown in your face. I hope we see more episodes, but I'm not sure what Direct TV was looking for when they made this show. Either way they made something worth watching that isn't nearly as trite as most of the shows on television these days. That is a win, and this show should be continued.

What a stunner of a show. I'm glad I didn't overlook it as it's now one of my all time favorite series. The witty dialog and the casting of Adam Brody and Lisa Joyce as the main characters is genius. Have enjoyed each episode and it keeps getting better and better. The closing scene in episode 5 was the most emotionally erotic in memory.
Hopefully, Audience Network will release Billy and Billie on iTunes, Netflix, Amazon or even DVD at the conclusion of season one. It and Lisa Joyce (unknown to me prior to this show) are deserving of a much larger audience., And Neil La Brute is a writer to follow in the future.

Watched the first couple episodes - has real potential. A man and a woman meet after many years of not seeing each other, problem is they are step brother and sister (not blood relatives). They have a tenuous start to their relationship but decide to pursue it at the end.
Has some "Curb Your Enthusiasm" type humor, good pathos, and you can actually connect with the lead characters.
Adam Brody (The O.C., Gilmore Girls) is the lead male and Lisa Joyce (Boardwalk Empire, Law and Order) is the female lead. Language is a bit crude at times (it is targeted for a young adult audience.) If you see it give it a whole episode to connect with it before rating it.

This show was very entertaining and enjoyable. A show about a taboo relationship which features two step siblings who fall in love with each other. After accidentally sleeping together after reconnecting at a reunion, Billy and Billie can't stop seeing each other. They have great chemistry on screen and the touch of sarcastic humour completes the show. I would have loved there to be another season, however the one season with each episode being only 20-30 minutes still gives the audience everything it requires. A great story, great performances and an ending which leaves you salivating for more.
After the first two episodes I considered finding something else, but was really glad I didn't in the end. Loved Adam Brody in this and enjoyed the hooks and turns.
Very different format, but once you're in, there's no stopping.
