So-So But The Actors Are Good

I Have Reviewed OVER 500 Christmas MOVIES. On all Christmas movies BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS & REVIEWERS. Many reviewers have only have ONE REVIEW. When it's a POSITIVE REVIEW chances are that the reviewer was involved with the production. If its a negative review then they may have a huge grudge against the film for whatever reason. I am fare about these films.

I review them is to keep track of what "I have seen". Two people meet by accident on July 4th and find themselves living together very quickly. However as fast as the relationship started it also burns out just as fast. Now this being the holiday the former couple pretend to still be a couple so their holidays do not turn into a pity party.

The film is not great but it is not a total waste of time. I think both of the characters are people that in real "You Could Be Friends With".

The problem with the film however is that scenes are telegraphed to the audience long before it happens.

The actors are all good and deliver an enjoyable product.

Not Bad - Definitely Low Budget

This movie actually isn't bad for a low budget movie. Majority of the actors aren't well known especially the main characters. (Outside of the popular app vine)

I see a lot of bad reviews, but again you have to take into account the movie is low budget. So it lacks the finesse and storyline touches you get with bigger budget movies or even modern day netflix films.

For a low budget film it's actually pretty good. More of a filler movie honestly. Not one i could get super invested into, but a good low budget rom-com if you've watched pretty much all the "recent" rom coms on your streaming service.

I give it a 5 - not the best, but definitely far from the worse low-budget film. Also the soundtrack is really nice.

Quite Possibly the WORST Christmas Movie I've Ever Seen!

I have just sat through the first half hour of God awful, annoying movie! The cast seems like good actors, they play the parts well, however the movie itself is just drivel that numbs your mind, and is so BASIC, that it's OBVIOUS what's going to happen, so there no sense sitting through the movie, especially when they're DRAGGING it out so horribly, and there's SO many GOOD Christmas movies on Tubi that I could be watching instead! They make the main female character like an autistic version of Zoey Deschannel, and as soon as the guy's Dad tells him that the girl's an airhead (my summation,) she starts ACTING like one, acting afraid of the commitment she was just pushing for, and HE starts getting really annoyed by this side of her, and starts behaving like be doesn't know how to have fun at all! It was a complete waste of a half hour of my life I'll never be able to get back! And it's not like I can't logically figure out what happens in the end! I DON'T recommend this movie, unless you want to be put to sleep!

    Not Good

I couldn't even make it through the first 20 minutes. This was ridiculously bad and I never say this or write bad reviews.. The female lead was just overly annoying to watch. Even after reading other bad reviews, I still wanted to try and give it a fair chance. The male lead was good, but he needed to be in a different movie, since the female lead was so amateur and ridiculously bad that it seemed to only drag him down into such a crap movie. :-(

    Lightweight but enjoyable

This movie is not nearly as bad as most of the reviews say it is. It's pretty lightweight, by the numbers stuff but it's partly a parody of romcoms and not to be taken too seriously. A little more direct parody definitely would have helped. The male lead's character could have been better written. He's rather dull and we never really see any reason why the quirky girl falls in love with him except that he's cute. Manon Matthews is what makes the movie enjoyable. If you like her and her humor, you'll probably like the movie enough to overlook its flaws.
