Resort Rescue

I like the premise of the show and the situations presented are very interesting, but it is more than clear that a considerable amount of the content is scripted. It's just not believable, sorry. I've seen better acting at my elementary age kids school plays.

I started watching the first episode. Somehow the first guest they start to watch manages to bring her luggage into the pool area and then drop it into the pool while looking for her room. I seriously doubt that has ever happened to anyone and it was so obviously fake that I started laughing. The camera re-showed this clip several times from different angles -- yet tellingly it never shows the few seconds of the bag "accidentally" falling in the pool. You just see the guest pulling it along the sidewalk several feet from the edge, then a splash sound effect plays, and cut to a shot of her bag floating in the very center of the pool. You know, where it couldn't possibly have landed from that distance even if it had magically escaped the guest, run several feet over to the pool edge and launched itself in. They can't even do a fake scripted shot of it falling in, because there's no physical way for that to happen when you're pulling it behind you. Don't bother with this show, it's too dumb for words. Go watch Hotel Impossible to see this same premise done without the idiocy.
