A powerful tale of love and war

"Saikano: Another Love Song" is an anime that really tugs at your heartstrings. It takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions as you follow Chise and Shuji's journey through the devastation of war and the challenges of their relationship.

The art and music in the anime are just beautiful and add so much depth to the story. You can't help but get emotionally invested in the characters and their struggles, and the way they develop throughout the series is truly captivating.

I have to warn you though, this anime is not for the faint of heart. It can be really heavy and intense at times, and it's definitely a tearjerker. But that's also what makes it so powerful and memorable.

While "Another Love Song" might have some slow moments and it can be emotionally draining, the overall experience is absolutely worth it. It's a profound exploration of love, loss, and the human spirit in the face of tragedy.

If you're a fan of the original series, this continuation will hit you right in the feels. With its gripping storytelling and strong character arcs, "Saikano: Another Love Song" gets a solid 7/10 rating from me.

Tragic feel of youth n war

It was by start of the 2000's remember of this short n very tragic that somehow defined Japan culture. War films re every where but there some prefer retelling it in fictional period or time. Now said that this anime doesn't hold up like remember it.

Here review: Without telling us what the war is about or who launched what? Goes straight to two high school sweethearts starting school like any other, but things start to get complicated when a student Chise that hide secret from her friends n boyfriend Shunji.

Ultimate weapon incarnate to save everyone she loves or brings the end of world. Facing Shunji so many pain from losing friends, To not finding way stop Chinse from killing.

What like is the message that came after 9/11 youths of that year were sing in to military just to protect the ones they love, there moments shocking thinking a character gonna make it would ye, boom. The other was Chinse struggling her humanity n weapon is most startling the anime has, that not even puberty couldn't stop.

By the last 2 episodes humanity falls or extings been one left he imagen with Chise re only one left. That's some traumatic thing.

Downside the animation was outdated n plain couldn't figure out there noses were, is always cloudy that's impossible seeing who die or where the character.

The relationship was kind tired meaning the on n off again was pure frustration on where they wanted take em, cause is confusing last episode when he reads the diary, Chise was roof watching.

So conclude is tragic anime for 13 episodes but sell it, there's no details on who made her a weapon? Or the war said earlier.

But dig the struggle of the casualties of war n what come of it.
