Perfect hour spent

If you have an hour to spare you won't go wrong with this little gem. Nicely paced, sharply acted and edited. Have recommended to quite a few friends. Really worth the time. Haven't been so engrossed in a couple of characters fo a long time. Happy to have stumbled on this short drama. Worth every minute.

perfect movie

I have been recommending this marvelous movie to anyone who was within ear shot since I watched it the first time a few yeas ago. The writing and acting repay the investment of your time ten fold. There are no car chase , bombs exploding or CGI, but but within minutes you you will start falling in love with this couple..

1st Love from both perspectives

A beautifully poetic piece about first love from both perspectives. My partner and I really enjoyed this. It's only an hour long and apparently started as a web series (we saw the 1 hour mini film version on iTunes). It was so gorgeously executed from the story, funny writing (dialogue) to the acting and editing. What starts out as a simple premise grows into something quite grand. Highly entertaining and just loved the characters. So cool people are making these kinds of shows!

Top notch webseries!

I watched this on Netflix after I saw this production company's first film Jimami Tofu. This was apparently the web series they made before they made their debut feature.

This series was made with US$800 and 4 people. It is really an amazing web series. I love the simplicity of it and yet its humour, subtlety and relatability. It's everything we all have experienced at one time or other especially those who grew up in the 80s or 90s.

Acting is great. Music is great. Can't believe they made this on a tiny budget. Apparently it won 7 awards internationally before it was picked up by Netflix.

These creators are people to watch. Also loved their debut feature!

Deserving of all its wins

I was at LA Webfest when this web series won a whole bunch of awards. The filmmakers were on stage so much they didn't know who else to thank! So, I decided to check out what the big deal was. Watched on iTunes recently and have to say - it rocks. Just plain good old writing and storytelling. So well executed. Acting was so well done, as was the editing, directing... loved the music too. It's so encouraging to see this sort of work. Really recommended watch - entertaining and a little moving! You don't get that much these days!
