for once in a very long time
a movie which glorifies The God of Heaven
and His Son Christ Jesus!
I bless The Name of God for creating the people who brought this movie into being.
This movie was well done technically,
and it was scripturally inspiring!
"There is no fear in love;
but perfect love casteth out fear:
because fear hath torment.
He that feareth is not made perfect in love."
1 John 4:18
"When The Son of Man shall come in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then shall He sit upon The Throne of His Glory:
And before Him shall be gathered all nations:
and He shall separate them one from another,
as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
And He shall set the sheep on His Right Hand, but the goats on the left.
Then shall The King say unto them on His Right Hand,
'Come, ye blessed of My Father,
inherit The Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
For I was an hungred, and ye gave Me meat:
I was thirsty, and ye gave Me drink:
I was a stranger, and ye took Me in:
Naked, and ye clothed Me:
I was sick, and ye visited Me:
I was in prison, and ye came unto Me.
Then shall the righteous answer Him, saying,
Lord, when saw we Thee an hungred, and fed Thee?
Or thirsty, and gave Thee drink?
When saw we Thee a stranger, and took Thee in?
Or naked, and clothed Thee?
Or when saw we Thee sick, or in prison, and came unto Thee?
And The King shall answer and say unto them,
Verily I say unto you,
In as much as ye have done it unto one of the least of these My brethren,
ye have done it unto Me.'"
Matthew 25.
I cried too many times on this one and I'm running out of tears. I may have to put the next movie on hold in order to give my ducts a chance to replenish.
The most notable advice I have is to watch these from start to finish in chronological order. Don't begin watching any of the movies without seeing season 1 first, otherwise you will utterly ruin the experience of the series. This is most certainly NOT a watch-in-any-haphazard-sequence type of show. I watched the Paris episode/movie first, a couple of years ago, and what a monumental mistake. I had no idea what was going on, the characters were weird and unfamiliar-not a good experience. It spoiled the whole franchise for two years. But then I decided I would try to start from the beginning, and I was hooked by the third episode. I finished season one in two days, here I am on the first movie and what an awesome experience. Do yourself a favor (if you like Christian oriented romances) and watch this, because it may be one of the best ever made. Case in point they're still making 'Signed, Sealed, Delivered' 12 years later!

Oliver: I'm not perfect, but through it all, I have learned how to hold firm in a storm, not by holding on to whatever I can find for as long as I can, but by trusting that the one thing that matters in this world will never let go of me. And Shane, that's what perfect love is. Perfect love casts out all that pain, all that fear, and replaces it with hope.
