Let's start with the whole Interpol thing!!! Interpol is one of the oldest, largest and most famous law enforcement agencies in the world. ... The only problem is most of what people think Interpol does is fiction. Its agents aren't allowed to make arrests, don't carry guns, and rarely leave the office.
That's just the start. It gets so much worse! The acting... WTF, when was it okay to not give a dam about a project you are working on!

We watched this not expecting cinematography brilliance, but simple non-cerebral entertainment. But it was so bad. It looked as if Dolph either has severe body damage and constant pain, restricting his movement, or he just didn't give a damn about a modicum of realism. When sneaking up on the bad guys he makes no effort to achieve stealth; he just walks around! He doesn't hide but still doesn't get hit by lots of automated weapons fire then offloads a couple of pistol rounds and the bad guys fall around dying. There is no blood when bad guys are stabbed and bodies dragged away. It is just as if no one cared about any pretense of realism. We laughed most of the way through this movie. But, hey, I guess that counts as some form of entertainment.
I'm not sure what Dolph is thinking being in such a terrible movie. It's awful in every way possible, and I thought his last movie I've seen The Tracker was terrible but this was even worse. I could hardly get through this movie but the absurdity of the acting, writing, special fx made me laugh. Dolph should've just retired after Aquaman, seems he's in competition with Steven Seagal of who can make the most bad movies...
Words cannot express how horrible this movie is.
Who signs off on it's production?
Are they proud of their work?
Do they have any concept of shame?
There is nothing else to say besides save the 1.5 hours of your life and read a book.
In summary, don't waste your time.
It is a disaster, very bad acting, very bad camera scenes, very bad movie effects, very bad everything.
The voters are probably their friends and neighbors, because u can´t vote more than 2 if u are person with the normal taste for movies.
Why oh why Dolph?....even the trailer is atrocious....check out Dolph's fight scenes.....he's missing the other guy's head by 6 inches......wooden acting....bad script/editing.....the old story rehashed...tough guy loves family...baddies attack family...tough guy saves family....not too sure which is worse Puncture Wounds or this.. .sorry but it's another fail from me
