Nephthys, and Serqet, were originally to be played by two different actresses. After not being satisfied with any potential casting options, the Director altered the story to make the royal alien bloodline based on cloning technology. This allowed Sarah Bailey, in her first Feature-film starring role, to take on both characters, with two very different performances, from the same actress.
