Toff Jack Cooper steals Alberta Vaughn from boyfriend Lewis Sargeant. Sargeant retaliates by dosing the flowers Cooper brings Miss Vaughn with fleas.

The cut down version of this Sennett short that I looked at omits the second half, which seems to take place at a circus, wherein Anna May the elephant appears. Nonetheless, the gags in this one regarding the fleas and Miss Vaugn's lapdog are very amusing.
