Stages of Confrontation - Self-Punishment - Extroversion
The stages of Confrontation - Self-Punishment - Extroversion by Giovanni Cristoff
This is a brief presentation of a person going through the stages of:
Confrontation - Self-Punishment - Extroversion
1. Confrontation -
to face or deal with a difficult situation, person, or problem.
2. Self-Punishment -
the inflicting of punishment on oneself.
3. Extroversion -
to look outward, outside of yourself or to get out of your head.
Or in simpler terms, Stages:
1. Facing Old Painful Memories
2. Beating Yourself Up for Your Losses
3. Ultimate Acceptance & Relief
(Story: A boy looks inward, in confronting layers of deep-seeded, repressed emotions.
Trauma & hurtful memories hes buried within himself & blocked out for years.
Even pain he didnt know existed.
He finally comes to terms with them, writing it all down in his diary. Materializing his pain into the physical universe;
When an unexpected sharp, emotional response occurs.
Until hes written down all his pain & copes with it all over again, he starts having realizations about everything thats occurred in his life.
He starts laughing at how unnecessary it all was.
He views his painful past now as if it were a comedy.
Feeling entirely relieved from his past,
he can now live as himself.
My Message to the World:
Please allow yourself to live a good life.
You dont need to punish yourself anymore.
**
Please, if you have any suppressed emotions, trauma or memories you still keep buried within you till this day; please allow yourself the pleasure, in relieving yourself of all your past losses or pain.
Whatever it is.
No matter how long ago, painful, or hard it might be.
Relieving yourself of all previous sadness or anger, will Free You.
Please do so, in however way you want that works for you.
For me, I did diary entries.
All in the pursuit of cleansing yourself wholly & spiritually.
In truly living a free, peaceful life. You deserve it.
I believe once one sheds old skin, then one can rebirth into a new.
