"Elemental Hero Neos" + "Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird" This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by returning the above cards you control to the Deck. (You do not use "Polymerization".) While your Life Points are lower than your opponent's, this card gains ATK equal to the difference. This card returns to the Extra Deck during the End Phase.

I like your design a lot. I'd like to find this short even if it is just a 3minute trailer and nothing more even came to fruition. Ignoring the other negative comments, I think that would be cool. In a weird way you've created something that's become very integral part of history in an entirely different community than intended.

To start I'll clear the room with the obvious, this film took a lot from the style of an older film Kids. Kids was truly a unique film of its time, and since watching it I have searched far and wide for another movie that engulfs itself in a world ACTUALLY reminiscent of the 90s/"back in my day." Well this is it.
Mid90s was a fun film, I appreciated it much more than I had expected. Other reviewers have already painted "Jonah Hill directed? Instant scepticism" but put that aside and give the film a watch. It felt like the time melted away and before I knew it the movie was over. I'm sure it'll be a while before I find a film such as this again that truly takes one back to a different less responsible, more impulsive, irresponsible time to be alive. But nonetheless if your looking for such a nostalgic trip deffinitly give this movie a try. My only gripe was the length, being a bit short, and the lack of a "bigger meaning."
Not that any film truly needs a purpose. And I'm giving the film a SOLID 8/10. But Kids took the environment it created and used it to address a major hot topic at the time being AIDS and other political turmoil. Mid90s doesn't really set out to achieve such a thing. And this is fine, but the ending felt a bit lack luster. It had built up an incredible sense of friendship and world setting to end on a rather soft hearted end point. Nonetheless loved the movie, will likely come back to this one in the future. Great job Director Hill.

I've had this movie on my watchlist for a very long time, and found myself constantly just putting it off. After all, the cover art and most reviews I read describe an aimless copy/paste torture p*rn style film. However, I must admit the movie does it fairly well all things considered.
I'll start this review off like I do many, in saying THIS FILM IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. It definitely steps past the line of "extreme horror" that lies beyond "normal people" horror or Hollywood horror. But it does add a little something to the genre.
This film does a very good job at creating a strong emotionally fueled high tension atmosphere. It achieves this through awkwardness we are all familiar with when meeting someone new or experiencing things for the first time. Though for obvious reasons it takes these familiar occurrences and stretches it as far as it could. This is performed in a tasteful Tom&Jerry style back and forth method that I appreciated and found, while somewhat predictable, refreshing.
Unfortunately, it doesn't really hone in on this well built mental torture environment as well as it could have. This would have really given the film a unique spin compared to films like Saw or (insert 500 other movie titles here). Instead it soon turns the "yep torture" theme back on making it the mainstay of the film. It does this well, the methods are interesting enough but not something you haven't seen in theory a few times if you dive into these kinds of films. Fortunately, I think it balanced the mental vs physical torture well enough to get a passing grade from me.
Acting 7/10 // Filmography 6/10 // Gore 6/10 (Excessive and goofy at times but well intended I guess) // Plot 6/10 // Rounding up because I found something likable in the film.
