Just like my title indicates this is a roller coaster ride that starts slow and builds to a breakneck pace with phenomenally grotesque and yet interesting visuals, Top notch acting, and a soundtrack that propels you from scene to scene. I believe it's one of the best horror movies i've seen in 20 years. But not only is it a horror movie genre it is also a sort of social message that screams loudly how important physical beauty can be to some people. The lead actress both showed a lot to the camera which can oftentimes create a stigma that carries to their next role. However, the risk of doing this produced one of the most original and memorable films that you will ever see.
