Overall, it was a good watch. Rami Malek suited the role and he did a fantastic job. This is not a regular CIA movie, it has a different storyline than what we have watched before. The background score also well lit up the movie experience. I wish the emotional angle between Rami and her wife could have shown more to give more depth to their bonding.

I liked the overall theme and the message the movie is trying to give at the end. The POV of a struggling stay at home mom is shown very well here. Amy Adams did her part pretty well. Honestly, I feel the plot could have been much better as there were many scope for the improvement here. I haven't read the original novel to be honest and hence can't complaint much.

Well, Heretic was on my watch list ever since I saw it appearing on my home page of Prime Video. However, due to some reasons, I was not able to find myself time or rather the interest to give it a go. Now, coming to the movie plot and my overall thoughts. I liked it, to be honest. Probably one of the best psychological horror movies I have seen in recent times. Blown away by the direction and the little nuances that were shown and used in the movie. And boy, Hugh Grant is aging better like a wine. He is the core of this movie. And yes, I loved the work of two actresses as well, who played the role of sisters. Overall, a good watch. I am not a Christian, so naturally, I wasn't familiar with the background of what exactly missionaries do, and all related stuff. Also, I understood many other terminilogies like theology, heretic, etc.
