I'm glad a movie was filmed in the region where I live! Even though we have always been almost forget by the rest of Italy, our place offers a breathtaking variety of landscapes perfect for filming. More and more directors are realizing that, and other movies are being filmed here at the present time. I found this movie kind of slow though,and I didn't like too much the fact that the main character spoke with a southern accent as well others in the movie speaking with accents other than the Fraulein (spoken in the province of Udine). You could tell it was a production from Rome. Next time make it more "local"! Anyway I liked the plot.

Hello, I'm a viewer from Italy, and each Sunday night all of my family stands up till 11:30 pm in anxious and anguished watching of our favorite TV show on the 4th Channel. It doesn't matter that we have to wake up early the next day to start the new week. The show is so unpredictable but still realistic and so well acted. I can only agree with the compliments made by the other viewers. We don't watch TV much, but this one is one we can't miss. My only wonder is why it wasn't better advertised, at least here in Italy. We started to watch it by chance. No magazine nor interviews or specials....nothing! Maybe because there are not first class Oscar winners actors...but everyone just fits perfect! My congratulations to the production who choose the right people in the cast. Dang it, today it's Monday and I have to wait 6 days till the next show...will Michelle survive the virus in the Hotel?!?
