The Terminal List: Dark Wolf is finally here and it did not disappoint. I absolutely loved The Terminal List starring Chris Pratt so I've been looking forward to this ever since they announced this spinoff a few years ago. This spinoff is a prequel story about Ben Edwards (Taylor Kitsch), who was in the first one but takes center stage here. I've been a fan of Kitsch ever since he starred in the amazing Friday Night Lights. He's awesome here too. Chris Pratt is also back as James Reece and even though he's just a supporting character in this series he's as good as always. It also stars a bunch of other great actors like Tom Hopper, Luke Hemsworth, Jai Courtney, Constance Wu, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Michael Ealy and plenty of others you will recognize. There is plenty of action and drama to keep you entertained throughout each episode. The only bad thing I can say is they didn't release all the episodes at once and we have to wait a week between episodes. It's much better as a binge watch.

I've been looking forward to House of the Dragon since the spin-off was first announced. The majority of the reviews and ratings have been great so that only enhanced my excitement. I told myself I'd be happy if it was half as good as the Game of Thrones and I can say that without a doubt that it is. While it's obviously not as good as the original (not much is) but it's definitely still a really good show that is one of the most successful shows on tv. It has the same Game of Thrones feel with all the action, drama, mystery, etc. People who don't like it either didn't want to because they hate everything or are comparing it to the original...don't. Just take it for what it is and that's a really good show! It was the most watched premiere in HBO history and has already been renewed for seasons 3 and 4. This is going to have a long run so I hope it continues to get better and better like the original did.

I have to say I enjoyed The Sandman more than I thought I would. I have to admit I knew nothing of the comic or even heard of it so I had no expectations at all. It is definitely something different and unlike any show I've seen. The closest thing is American Gods but I stoped watching that in Season 2 as the quality of that show fell off after the first season. It has a solid 7.7 so it looks like most people seem to like it. I thought Tom Sturridge did an excellent job as the lead and Boyd Holbrook was just as good as one of the villains the of the story. The creator of the comic book (Neil Gaiman) was an executive producer so he had a big say as to where the story went and for it to stay true to the comic. I'm glad they didn't end the show on a cliffhanger and were able to give it a good solid ending.
