The basic theme is wresling and women empowerment similar to the Movie Dangal. However the enire story is different and picturised in a light hearted manner. Casting is excellent and Wamiqua as heroine is wonderful choice since she looks authentic and sweet.Tovino as hero shows progress and promise, I cant imagine anyone else other than him from Malayalam industry now in this role. The background music by Shan rahman is raises the film to another level. Overall nice moie experience. And Basil as the direcor done far better after his debut 'Kunjiramayanam' and shows good cinematic sense now.
The the character evolution of each of the lead cast is excellent. Thanks to excellent casting and direction. Special mention goes to Fahad who could portray the burglar character sweetly. Simple story, nice screenplay and at the end it was hard to tell who is victim or who is effective.
The film picturize the story of 3 cousins from Kerala and their love life which predominantly develops in the city of Bangalore. With 3 different story tracks, it is a difficult to package in to a movie format, but the screen play & direction by Anjali Menon make it look easy. The treatment of the story is appropriate and realistic. The cinematography is nice, conveying more with less words. Background score and music is suited to the movie although there are some instances of plagiarism. The cast is brilliant and each just goes in to the skin of character. Dulquer, Nivin, Fahad, Nazria, Isha, Nithya and Parvathy each stars in their own right does justice to their roles.
