Only really got to this because of a trial I have. Was not expecting much at all but by the end I was actually surprised by what it had "shifted" into. Generic premise of zombies not zombies and a house of survivors but one of them is a murderer (the surprise is killed off from the get go tho which was probably a mistake). For what it's budget likely was it was pretty impressive. The acting is well enough and the monsters are pretty well done. I was actually surprised with the ending which is rare these days. The characters and situation have a slight "Silent Hill" type vibe IMO. I figured this would be a 5 or 6/10 but it works the extra mile so 7/10 for me.

Given the rather limited but growing holiday horror niche of Thanksgiving, I've been eyeing this on and off over the years. Should have just washed it down the drain instead. I only finished so I could accurately say it does not get better, at all. My friends and I could have easily done something better in high school. I'll give 1 star for uh, making something, and I guess another because I somehow made it thru. There is no humor horror or anything to wet your appetite here. Just garbage waste of time. Please spare yourself. The turkey movie cover is misleading as never user and suggests a quality that is definitely nowhere to be found.

So bad its so good. Found this years back and glad I managed to rediscover it. Not sure if the cast is c or d list but it's just the perfect assortment of recognizable names, Edward furlong Robert davi Darryl Hannah Vinnie Jones Keith David AND David keith (palindrome tenetenet just love it)

Has bits of Lord of the Flies, the Condemned, Battle Royale, all in a mashed pot of made to order schlock. The three faction gun action finale is just creme de la creme cake icing for this schlock fest. I think ppl r taking this movie too seriously, rate it 1 or 2/10 as u well I get that but for me I go the other way and give bonus points for schlock enjoyment (start all movies at neutral 5 and go from there 4 or less if more bad than good, 6 or more if more good than bad, with degrees of 1 indicating power of direction. Giving this a +3 cause it's exceptional quality schlock and I'm all for it but u do u!
