This movie is a great attempt towards the revival of traditional Indian values which are being replaced by western ones.Its a joint family story showing all the ethics every person should follow while communicating with every single relative around.Shahid Kapoor gives a gr88 performance as a desi about to tie knot with Amrita Rao who is also very Desi and she also acts pretty well...The genre of the movie is the same as HAHK and such movies deserve to be made in India for the revival of old traditional values...The movies doesn't get 10 as it isn't very good at music which counts a lot in every movie,besides this it is flawless....
KANK is a movie with good body but the most evil soul.According to the director,the movie gives a message about the 'value of love' in a marriage but the way this movie has tried to show the value of love,it has in a way sidelined other important things such as space,compromise,care,motivation to understand the spouse,but promoted the concept of infidelity rather than condemning it and suggesting other ways to cement the relationship.The character building,the storyline,the dialogues and the script are awful.The only good thing about the movie is the cast,music and locales but these also fail to cover up the other flaws.On the whole the movie is just awful...
This is one movie which certainly deserves 10 out of 10 since it has all the elements which a good movie should have.Amitabh gives an awesome performance in the role of a murderer hiding in the house of a police officer but unwillingly as his wife has been his girlfriend before her marriage.Sanjeev Kumar as always,gives a bravo performance in the role of a helpless police officer who cannot take hold of a criminal because his son is his hostage.Although Sanjeev Kumar's role is a supporting one,it is very difficult to decide who has acted better between him and Amitabh.Sharmila Tagore also gives a great performance in the role of a woman trapped between her husband and her ex-lover.There is no flaw in the movie and the story all and all is 10 out of 10.Its a must for everyone!!!
