Thought I'd watched this series, think maybe I got it confused with "I'm not OK with this" which disappoints me due to it being cancelled and not having a conclusion ... This however, was concluded, season one is more compelling than season 2 ... the ending is satisfying making it well worth the effort of watching it through.

Failure and redemption being a fan favorite of mine and many others it seems, this will not disappoint.

The bleakness that some British shows display is well on display here.

Well acted with good writing in the most part, I have this on my "Watch again list"

If you enjoy watching shows about broken, difficult or characters with a dark history, this is for you.

Fargo has been from the first watching of season 1 till the watching of season 4 just now (Jan 2024, only have access when housesitting for a relo)

This season has been the most enjoyable for me to date, seeing Rock in anything other than comedy was a first, and surprise! ... he's good!

So many performances had me saying in my head "wow, good acting" and the overall quality of the season was above average.

The period scenery, clothes, cars and all else were well thought out and implemented, the machinery was such a pleasure to see, things such as vending machines, poker machines, trucks and tractors, bill posts to the guns and weaponry, well-chosen locations that had me believe the a 50's period was where we were, being brought in and having for the most part a sense of being an actual spectator, all well implemented supplying a truly believable representation of the period.

My only downside was the odd scene where physics would denote "Didn't happen"

Just finished episode 6 and am hooked, the series has a Lord of the Rings feel and for me is just as captivating, struggled to watch the first episode, got distracted several times and did not finish it, finally found myself able to keep my attention on the first episode and was hooked by the end, the characters are believable, the acting good, story excellent, the scenery and direction are something decent, Zoë Robins, Rosamund Pike and Madeleine Madden are stand outs- 2 Australians and a Kiwi... certainly worth a watch.
