I've seen way worse movies. It kept my attention until the end and made me laugh a few times. Loved the Choosy Doozy show lol. I don't know why people were expecting so much, it's not like the original was that deep.

This movie isn't going to win any awards but it's far from the worst comedy I've ever seen. It's definitely on the raunchy side. John Cusack isn't in it but Adam Scott is so that kind of makes up for it.

This movie is a solid 6 which isn't that bad for a cheap comedy. People giving it a 1/10 are just hating or being overly critical. It's a sequel to Hot Tub Time Machine not the Shawshank Redemption.

That about sums it up. Eddie lost whatever charisma he had in the past. Old, rehashed jokes and sound track. Actors way out of their prime, terrible writing, long boring plot. Really bad, don't bother with it.

I kept waiting for something funny or interesting to happen and it never did. Eddie looks and acts tired. The character axel foley used to be so loud and vibrant. Apparently, he got more serious and boring as he aged.

The cameos are also pretty bad. I don't know why they keep rebooting these classic movies. Can't anyone write a halfway decent story that's new? You can't recreate the magic of the past.

If you liked the original you'll like this. In fact, I went back to the original after and thought to myself I'd rather be watching the new series. Not that the original was worst but that the new one is more modernized. Kelsey Grammer is still the same witty Frasier, a character he was born to play. The situation is like the original show, except now his son plays the role similar to what his father played. I like the role his friend the professor plays as well. After the first two episodes I can confidently say this show has a lot of potential and a lot of heart to it. Give it a shot and don't compare it so much to the original.
