I enjoyed the film..even though half through the film I had a thought that the film could've been made into a series instead of a film. With all that Netflix drills out..this is one I definitely would want more then two hours of.
A series would bring more context and depth to the story.
I see a lot of people disliked the film. I don't know why. At times it does seem like a hodgepodge of other shows...like Altered Carbon, Black Mirror and the like.
Definitely worth watching. Unlike much of the drivel that has made its way into the entertainment industry these days.
Don't listen to the bad reviews!

I love UK shows. They are a far step above the drivel the US produces with more intellectual dialogue.
This probably could have been one if those shows but it fell flat. Way too much exposition towards the end of season, having everything explained out in words, which dumbed the whole show down.
A good UK show does very little vocal exposition and is carefully edited so all the answers are shown through the series where no words are needed for the audiences to understand what happened or why it happened.
The acting was decent but did not save it in the end for me.
I know I will not be tuning in for a second season if one is green lit, there's enough dumbed down shows already out there and more being made for me to look forward to. I'll be waiting and watching for the intellectual show from the UK...they are there and hopefully more will come.
Enjoy if you can.

I was waiting for this movie. I was let down by my expectations.
The premise was good. It could've been a very great movie but instead it was not. Letterbox films are supposed to add more of the scenery into the frame to add to the storytelling, but in this "masterpiece" the letterbox is focused on heads...not full heads but half heads. Most of the film doesn't even incorporate bodies or rooms into the letterbox frame.
I despise found footage find but I believe I would've prefer that to this "new" style of filming talking heads.
I didn't find the last scenes to be too dark, but my tv is set in dynamic, maybe the other reviewer needs to check their tv settings.
This was not a keeper for me. The acting was good. The writing was decent...it was the cameraman/director that ruined this film.
