Starting from the really creative look of the show and the way they have incorporated a fairy-tale to explain the character's feelings and actions in each of the episodes is really new and unique. Right from the first episode, I was pulled in and I really didn't want it to end. I love the fact that they didn't just show the Sang Tae's (the older autistic brother) as just an additional character, I LOVED the growth they showed in especially his character which kinda as result helped Kim Soo-Hyun's character grow as well. The relationship between the three literally gave me all the feels, from happiness, adoration (especially when Moon-Yong and Sang Tae use to argue cutely), sadness, etc. The growth of the older brother's character and him realizing and trying to act like an older brother to the two mad me happy cry SO MANY TIMES. I don't even need to really talk about the amazing chemistry between Kim Soo-Hyun and Seo Ye-ji, but I will hehe because IT WAS SO PERFECT. They both were so cute together and every scene they were in showed their amazing acting skills. Although every kdrama has a cute scene between the lead couple, the little cute scenes between this couple were so different and special because of the personalities that they portrayed. OUF they fit their roles so well Kim Soo-Hyun as a gentle yet strong caregiver was literally perfection from his mannerisms to the way he delivered the dialogues. The same goes for Seo Ye-Ji's Ko Moon-young, she was so elegant yet fearless I LOVED IT. Also, her outfits and styling in this show deserve an award, there wasn't a single outfit she didn't pull off. A lot of shows have female leads wearing amazing clothes BUT something that made me love her character and this show overall, even more, was how they explained why she dresses up so much and justified it as a coping mechanism, that was really something special.
