I had a lot of issues with this one.
First off, the Melissa Rauch was miscast as Harley Quinn. I mean, she's fine. But you want someone who is GREAT in the role. (I mean, she's fine. Just fine. But Rauch lacks any of the energy and oomph that Arlene Sorkin contained in spades.)
Second, the humor extremely low brow and doesn't match the feel of the original series, or any of the Bruce Timm-Verse films. It's very jarring, and doesn't really need to be. The jokes were constantly trying too hard, and it's unfortunate they were used in abundance.
Third, the musical numbers took up so much time, to the point that this could have been an 80-90 minute movie after pulling them and some of the jokes. Which actually would have made this a much stronger film, one that I would have still bought at the same price and probably would have given a higher score.
So there, my review.

This is truly a love letter to American Western films, espeically High Noon with the constantly repeating song interlude between acts. But I rated this so high due to the interaction between The Doctor and Doc Holiday, which was top notch.
If you're not a fan of 1950s and early 1960s western films, it's unlikely you're going to "get", that is understand and truly enjoy, this episode. It's a connected experience, a sort of "You had to be there" type of feel.
Nonetheless, I feel as if it's still watchable, though only maybe a 5 out of 10 for a non-fan of western movies.
I still have 22 characters to go... there.

As always, the Daleks are the star of the show, and their appearance turns one a really, really dumb extended episode into something akin to the old days of decent dialogue and semi-smart characters. (Rose made a ton of dumb decisions, as did many companions, but these three barely share one functioning brain between them all). I'm really tired of dealing with these idiots, especially when 2 of the 3 are portrayed by some pretty excellent actors. And The Doctor never seems to be "in command", which I get it, they wanted to go with a more even leadership of sorrts. It's hardly the first time, since the very first Doctor (in the original origin story) was just one of the bunch in a ton of adventures.
I just can't wait to get through 13, so I never have to watch their shows again. Except for Orphan 55, maybe the worst of the run, but still my favorite due to comically huge missed opportunities that wouldn't have increased the very low budget.
Anyhow, yeah, 3/10. I'm not overly glad I watched it, but it wasn't a putrid episode. Just overlong and rather dumb. But the Daleks were cool.
