There is no way, someone could work on this movie and consider it a work of art. If there is a human being on this earth that envisioned this as their masterpiece, I will weep for mankind and the gene pool this person is adding too. I know this is a bit overly dramatic, but I'm bored and have nothing else to do. Enough people have written comments on how bad this movie is, so I won't mention the whooshing sounds, or the horrible acting, but I do feel the need to mention, that the high tech weaponry that one of the Seals was carrying that didn't cause a spark, was a paintball gun w/o the CO2 tank. I just mention that.
I just finished watching this on t.v. and thought it was hilarious. Not because it was intended to be a comedy, but because of how horrible it was. I'm the kind of person who watches bad, low-budget movies, just for fun of it, but this went above and beyond. Whoever wrote the screenplay apparently knows nothing about computers and just decided to randomly insert lingo that he had heard and sounded good. My favorite was when one of the extras shouted "We're vaporware!", before running for his life. And is it just me, or does the actor who plays the evil villain, give the air of a mediocre comedian hired to act in this movie. In short, I'm glad I saw this atrocity on cinemax, and didn't have to pay to rent it or anything.
