Movie is all over the place, completely disconnected from any other Superman movie or DC universe.
You can clearly see the cheesy attempt to attract younger audiences and create new merchandise characters. In the very first minute they introduce a super dog, Superman's house and super robots to cure Superman.
I don't think anyone over 16 years old can sit through the whole movie without rolling the eyes 50 times.

In the age of AI this movie had such an opportunity to be a great smart blockbuster! However, the AI part was just an excuse for all the long and repetitive action scenes. The "someone has to stay behind" excuses that happens over and over is just exhausting! The lack of creativity is excruciating. It's just a dumb movie written by someone who hear about AI but have no idea of anything around it.
La Palma fails to impress, delivering a painfully outdated experience. Its scenes and dialogue feel ripped straight from the 90s, riddled with clichés that make every moment predictable and uninspired. The characters lack depth, and the relationships are painted in broad, generic strokes. To make matters worse, the visual effects are subpar, often distracting from the story rather than enhancing it. Despite the potential for an engaging plot, the show leans too heavily on tired tropes, making it difficult to take seriously. Overall, it's a missed opportunity that feels more like a relic than a modern series.
