You know when a movies and you keep looking at your watch waiting for it to end. Well I looked at my watch 13 times in 2 hours. When it was over I looked at my wife and said " what the hell was that". The movie is all over the place. The director is terrible. The story is unintelligible. The acting is weak. Stay far away. Danger Danger.

I just watched this wonderful movie at the Jewish film festival. It's a tremendously acted period piece taking place in the Nazi occupation of France from may 41 through July of 42. A Jewish jeweler sends his family to hopeful safety in the south zone while he arranges to sell his store temporarily to a non Jewish worker until after the war. What comes next is gripping and suspenseful. Great cinematography and direction but most of all the actors were outstanding mr haffman. Mr mercier and his wife and the Nazi officer were all excellent. It's a simple movie with no special effects or action scenes just a great story that stays with you. Great job.

Wow. This was really sensational. One of my favorite movies is tombstone with kurt Russell. This documentary series takes the legend of Wyatt Earp to a new level. It explains the figures of Ike clanton, sheriff behan Josephine Marcus his brother Virgil and Morgan and Wyatt himself to another level. It also explains the aftermath and reasons for the murder trial after the shooting at the OK corral in much more depth. Like most people there was a lot of good and some bad in Wyatt Earp. It also went into depth about the blood feud between the earp's and the outlaw cowboys. The character actors were terrific as well as the cinematography and direction. If you live old west history you will love this series.
