This movie had the whole theatre in splits. We were laughing all the way. It is a really funny movie with golmaal type jokes and not double meaning or woh wale jokes for the most part so you can watch with your family and it's a really good movie. You can compare it to the original stree. A total masala entertainer. Now coming to the criticism. My criticism would be that it's a tad bit too long and some extra songs and unnecessary stretch has dampened the second half a bit I dont understand the negative reviews and attack on the movie. Thats unwarranted and I think it may be a reactionary move from the Jigra team because ain't nobody wasting their time or money on the Dharma productions dud so they've spent money to prevent people going into this movie but I'm happy I chose to bank on this starcast and I got my money's worth and more. I hope word of mouth carries this movie to a better place because I'm almost certain there's some gameplay going on to dampen this movie's inevitable success. What all do people resort to instead of accepting that they've made a dud( Kjo this is for you).

Don't waste time going to a normal theatre. Watch this is 4dx 5dx whatever you got in a theatre near you. Expect a nice old time( 90s to early 2000s) style hollywood movie with some expected and unexpected tropes. Yes its stereotypical but it also has elements that convey the messages that Hollywood wants to these days but its free from the agendas that overtake movie experiences and become bigger than entertainment. You can just enjoy this with your friends or family, sit back, relax and expect to be thrilled. I have to say I enjoyed this movie. Haven't seen anything like this since the Transformers sequel released in late 2010s. Even better. Go for it! Main leads have performed well and so have the side characters. Everyone is great in it, editing is phenomenal, some shots are mindblowing. I'm sure its a lot of green screens and AI but it looked very real.

I really liked the atmospheric horror. The performances were top notch. Nick cage was fantastic, probably one of his greatest roles since that vampire movie he did that lead to memes galore. The female lead is good as well but I didn't like the way that character was written, she seemed very small and vulnerable perhaps that was intented, yet very bold and brave. I have to say I like her acting 9/10 times but something was amiss here or perhaps excessive it just didn't feel right but again Nick cage is sooo good in this. The frames and cinematography arw exceptional, almost like art. I didn't find many jump scares just a few. The background score is ominous and atmospheric. It works very well with the scenes. A few times it felt really scary because it promised a lot and that's where I have a problem with this. It was all to predictable and didn't deliver on the promises of horror in terms of storyline. Overall a very good movie. Yes would recommend watching, I don't know if its worth watching in a theatre though. Yes visually beautiful scenes looked very good in it but its more of an artistic True detective or Mindhunter kind of vibe not necessarily a theatre movie a la Paranormal activity or Conjuring kind of commercial jumpy horror.
