The first couple of episodes were interesting and engaging but then the series started going back-and-forth repeatedly making the series way too complex unnecessarily. In the third episode, the main character was talking to someone who suicided in episode two. Perhaps the producers were trying to overcome a flimsy concept by making it so complex as to try and say it was intellectual in someway which it was definitely not. I'm not sure what point the series was about and quite frankly it totally lost me halfway through episode three and I will look at something else to watch. It's disappointing that with such a good cast that a better show could not have been developed.
The first two series of anger management were excellent, and I'd have to list it as one of my favourite sitcom in the past decade. Unfortunately the whole focus of the show, which was the sexual tension between Charlie, Sheens character and Selma Blair's character was totally removed when she left the show and the terrible inclusion of the character, Sean, Absolutely sent this great program down the toilet. The show was no longer funny, and it's no surprise that it ended. God knows why they changed the main character in the show as to me. She was the highlight of series, one and two apart from Charlie Sheen himself.
