I dunno where to start.
Yes a typical bollywood film with the guy getting the girl and all ending happily but nonetheless it was fun, heart warming and some bits were even funny.
Musics not all that apart from the title track plus the remix of it, 'afsana' and 'Meethi Meethi Batan' Had a nice little twist to it which usually is predictable but in this film it wasn't so top marks for that.
Call me old fashioned if you may but i found Anu's parents a bit too modern and this is coming from an 18 year old born and bred British girl!!! I hate Bollywood so me liking this film means it must be worth seeing!!

This has to be one of the worst films ever, although I have to admit it is better than Bride and Prejudice, nothing can be worse than that.
The only thing good about this film is Aishwarya Rai's performance, she can act, shame about the accent.
This film just doesn't make sense, there's so many questions that run through your mind whilst watching i.e How did she come to the us in the first place?, how does she get all essential needed if she never leaves the shop? etc etc.
Haven't read the book so maybe the book is better and makes more sense, books are usually better than the films.
When Ash wears the red sari, I swear the blouse doesn't fit her, just take a look at her right breast, its like an ill fitting bra!!

I watched this film as soon as it came out purely because my brother was dying to see it.
Shah Rukh Khan should never have agreed to act in this film nor should Rani Mukherjee. They must have been desperate for the cash.
It was AWFUL, never would happen in real life. Music was dreadful. I left an hour early because it dragged so much.
I just felt ashamed for even watching this film.
Would not recommend at all.
Save your money and spend it on something useful like a pencil so that you can poke your eyes out instead of watching this film.
