Ma Dong-seok is a real bad-ass - and I love the work he has done - but what he miss out on is a Terence Hill-counterpart - because we do not see those movies anymore....
Bud and Spnce had a special chemistry that movies today has not captured yet - Ma Dong-seok could be the Bud Spencer of today?
He is large, fierceful, powerful, and he really put gravitas to the roles he plays.
Maybe you think he plays same role over and over again?
Then you do not know anything about acting.
Ma Dong-seok makes subtle swifts in his roles, that only a true actor can, and he should be commended and rewarded for his work.
I am indeed a fan - and hope you get to make many more great movies.

This is what Expendables has always been about.
Fun, fast-paced action - with great action-heroes.
No need to brain through this - it is what it is and what it wants to be.
Yeah, silly story - who cares? - Fantastic action!!
Tony Jaa and Jason Statham are great martial artist actors!
And they get to show some of their skills here!
Take it for what it is - not what it isn't.
I read something from the director, that he wanted to bring it back to its roots, and he certainly did - it is more of Expendables 1 - and that was the best in the series - until now.
Shame, though, that Stallone himself didn't show more, because He is the HEART of the series.
I know he wants to pass on the torch to Jason, and Jason is a good lead - but Expendables without Stallone? Na.
This is a movie for the lovers of 80's actionpacked, brainnumbing fun.
It is a fun movie.
It is not aiming for Oscars, not aiming for awards, but to entertain the people who watch it.
And it does that, just leave ur brain back at home and enjoy the action - and enjoy the ride.
This is fun, enjoyable, messy, gory and as actionpacked as you want.
Great pic for its genre.
So, if you watch this movie to get a cinematogrophically wonderful movie, perfect directing, great acting performances, this is not your cup of tea - but for us, few(?) that love this types of movies, who grew up with them.
This is creme de la creme.
Old school.
Well done.
The acting is actually not bad. Sly can act, Garcia too, Statham is stonefaced - but he has the acting within and shows with his body laguange :-P Megan Fox, stunning as always - does deserve a room within the best - she does a very good job as Christmas girlfriend - and have the fighting skills. Good job Ms. Fox.
Judge it for what it is.
Not for what it is not.
This is a great action movie.
Period.
I don't know why people are so artsy-fartsy about movies?
They make many genre movies.
This is an ACTION movie - giving praise to old school action classics like Commando, Cobra, Death Wish, Dirty Harry.
This is the thirty dozen of '23.
