The performances are robust, with the cast delivering authentic and emotionally resonant portrayals of their characters. The writing is sharp, capturing the nuances of the socio-political landscape with a blend of realism and dramatic flair. The direction and production values are high, ensuring that the series is visually engaging while maintaining a gritty, realistic atmosphere. "V Efekat" stands out not only for its narrative and thematic depth but also for its commitment to sparking conversation about critical societal issues. It is a series that challenges its audience to reflect on the realities depicted, making it a significant addition to contemporary Serbian television. Overall, "V Efekat" is a must-watch.
Don't understand how it's possible that so many things overlap in Serbian production, as if they're all written by the same people or copied. We have the series Bunar, and in Kalkanski - we also have a well that people fall into, maybe even the same well. As a viewer, it looks the same to me. In Dug Moru, last season we saw a love story between a philosophy professor and a student, and in the series Bunar, we have the same thing, even filmed at the Faculty of Philosophy. In Kalkanski, we also have dead people like in Dug moru, and Nemilo mesto which is called Zabran in Kalkanski. Tonight, in Kalkanski, we have a necklace that will probably provide many answers, just like necklaces in Dug moru. What's going on here? I love domestic films, I love our actors, but these days, while binge-watching various programs, I have questions that I don't understand. The best thing about Kalkanski is the young actress Ivana who plays Miona. She's so charismatic that I can't take my eyes off of her, but I'm no longer interested in the plot etc.
Out of all the domestic TV series from last year, the one that left the biggest impression on me was Mocvara. It's not a series that deserves a 10 or a 9 raiting, like most of the domestic series. Each one has its flaws. But the spirit of Milena Markovic is felt throughout the entire season. That's why I give it an 8, and because of a few exceptional actors, including Goran Bogdan who needs to work on his language skills. But it's well-directed and well-conceived. I don't mind that it resembles numerous crime series. It has some authenticity and it held my attention, even in the weaker episodes.
