Although "Dick" is a comedy, it really helped me understand what the watergate scandal was about. It´s a very funny movie, I was laughing all the time while watching it, especially because the story mixes real historic facts with hilarious situations involving the main characters.
Before watching the movie I read the original novel, and I was not disappointed at all about the adaptation. The movie is really faithful to the spirit of Dickens narrative, but adds a new dimension to it by means of great music and songs.
