Did the makers of this movie do any research? Have any of them ever even seen an outlaw biker?
This movie fails on so many levels. Within the first five minutes the lead actor is getting his face literally kicked in and of course there's barely a mark on his face when he's done. Then we move onto the fact that one of the best looking men on the planet is playing a hard drinking hard smoking hard-core biker. Ridiculous. He doesn't even remotely fit that role. And then we have the corny acting. There is absolutely nothing about this movie that is even remotely realistic. I guess all you need to make a movie these days is good looking recognizable actors. It doesn't matter if they actually fit the role of the character.

So you can look at Saving Private Ryan as two movies. First, we have the invasion of Europe. I watched this movie the day it came out. Nothing that realistic had ever hit the big screen prior. A movie that showed the true horrors of war was a concept that earlier war movies never came close to portraying.
Next we have the search for private Ryan. This becomes purely Hollywood. To truly understand why the last 3/4 of this movie is really fiction, I believe you would've had to have served in the military. In each of the major scenes in the search for private Ryan, it shows troops willfully being disobedient to orders. That just doesn't happen in the military, especially with elite units such as the Rangers. In the military, you are given an order, you say yes, sir, and you carry out the order. Captain Miller allows the disobedience to occur over and over. In the actual military, he would've been relieved command.
That being said, the second half of the movie is still a good Hollywood version of warfare. If I could rate the invasion separately, I would rate it at 10 and the second half, for reasons mentioned above, I would rate it a seven.

Look at all the 10 reviews. People are watching this movie and rating the actual Harriet Tubman, not this movie. It's hard to separate the two, I know, but in reality this is at best an average movie. It's unrealistic and actually does her an injustice by not showing the true horrors of slavery. This movie has almost a Disney feel to it. If people were able to separate the actual Harriet Tubman from the movie version, there would not be as many 10 ratings as there are. If this movie were about a fictional character, who did something other than help escape slaves, the ratings would be around the four.
