The gameplay was not my favourite but the story and cutscenes were awesome. I love that we got chapters for characters like Scorpion, Kitana and Jade and loved that it was expanded and felt like Mortal Kombat 11. It was worth playing just for the story. It's sad to see that this game was taken down since it did have potential but just never managed to get it's feet on the ground. You can still see the story cutscenes on youtube though so I highly recommend it for anyone who loves Mortal Kombat. Overall I'd rate it a 9 out of 10 solely for the great story and characters. The gameplay is fun enough but just got old after a while.
This film is hilarious and is a must watch for anyone who loves Mortal Kombat as well as South Park. It has so many Mortal Kombat characters and the plot allows them all to be depicted in an awesome way. I love how they fit so many of the rivalries into the film too. For example, Liu Kang and Shang Tsung still have their fight, Kitana fights with Mileena and of course, Scorpion vs Sub-Zero. The whole thing is a blast and was made with a lot of effort. It has a lot of views on youtube but I feel like more people should get to know about it. Until recently I was unaware that this film existed but am glad to have found it!
I really enjoyed this short film. As a Mortal Kombat fan seeing favorites like Kenshi and Kitana brought to life is awesome. Noah Fleder plays Kenshi so well that it seems he was born for the role. It makes sense given he plays Kenshi in Mortal Kombat 1. Additionally, Emily Mei does a very good job as Kitana. Both of their outfits are spot on and they look exactly like they do in the video game. Together, Kenshi and Kitana make a really good team in the film. I hope that they decide to do some more of these live action short films. If they do, I hope they add some more characters while expanding on Kenshis and Kitanas storyline.
