Great cast. Interesting premise. This is a lovely film visually. Max did a great job directing. The ending defaults into extreme b horror movie though. A great idea for a body horror film they're kind of falls flat in the end but for the life of me I can't figure out why they didn't wait until after Elizabeth's Moss's pregnancy to film it. I mean, the woman's gorgeous and she's one of my favorite actresses of all time but to do the transformation she needs to do in this movie it doesn't seem like much really changes drastically because of having to hide her pregnancy.
Has someone who is actually a survivor of the Oklahoma City bombing and as someone who's a fan of Alfie Allen I had high hopes for this. Boy, did those hours get picked up to the heights of the heavens and dashed onto the waves of the shore. Boring plotting and doesn't resemble the true story at all. The end actually says it's fictional not based on real people even though it is based on real people. I'm a big Alfie Allen fan but I couldn't even get through this movie. Not to mention he's older, shorter, and doesn't look anything like the real Timothy McVeigh. I mean don't get me wrong Alfie Alan's a good looking guy but he looks nothing like Timothy McVeigh which I guess is a good thing but sucks for this movie. They added some weird romance which doesn't even correlate to the true story and makes no sense in context. Plus, as someone who grew up in Oklahoma nothing in this movie looks like it's Oklahoma. This is a hard pass for me for a lot of reasons.
