The small things like the daily struggles, quiet victories, bursts of laughter and unexpected surprises come together to paint a vibrant, relatable picture of middle class life.

Kali Venkat deserves a special mention. What an actor! He doesn't perform, he lives the character. His presence anchors the film with depth and sincerity.

This isn't just a movie. It's a reflection of lives we see around us every day, brought to screen with care and heart.

It has several genuinely good moments. While excessive melodrama sometimes undercuts its overall impact. The relatable story, well-connected incidents, praiseworthy performances and soothing background score help the film to a great extent. Sarath Kumar makes a strong impression with his dignified and composed portrayal, though his makeup in some of the scenes doesn't look natural. Sidharth delivers a mature and restrained performance, anchoring the film with sincerity. Meetha Raghunath is effortlessly natural. However, the way the drama is handled holds it back from reaching its full potential.

Ram, the talented craftsman of heartfelt storytelling, takes a refreshing detour from his usual emotionally layered narratives here. Known for his exploration of parent-child dynamics in his previous films, this time he approaches the theme with a much lighter, humorous and endearing tone.

At its core, Paranthu Po is a breezy road trip featuring a delightful duo-a child and his man-child father. The journey they embark upon is filled with whimsical incidents and heartfelt moments, all captured with visual charm and a narrative simplicity that feels both genuine and fresh. There's no room for negativity or antagonistic characters here. The film flows with warmth, positivity, and a sincere attempt to make you smile without being preachy or overly sentimental.

Mithul, the child actor, is the highlight of the movie. He gives a natural and charming performance without being annoying. Shiva and Grace Antony also do a great job with their roles. Anjali and Aju Varghese perform well in their parts too.

One of the standout aspects of Paranthu Po is its musical storytelling approach. While it may take a few minutes to adjust to this rhythm. Once you're in sync, it becomes an enjoyable and immersive experience.

This film is a delightful ride for both parents and children. It truly flies high.
