I doubt anyone will read this but anyway-
The storyline was predictable but excusably for those few moments where you just want to melt. The screen play itself was not too great. There individual lines were a bit cliched. I mean, "you have to promise not to fall in love with me." is a bit unreal. Acting wise it varies. Shane West (BATON ROUGE!) was rather good in my opinion and really led the cast. Mandy Moore... well, Mandy did better than I expected - but I wasn't expecting much. She needed more life more joy in the beginning. I realize she is sick but they make her so serious and boring. She doesn't giggle and grin and do stuff a normal person would do. I realize also that she is very conservative but conservative people can have a good laugh too! Still, about halfway through she starts to improve. Everyone else is ok but I liked Lauren German who played the exgirlfriend especially. She did a nice job of giving that character just the right amount of significance. You thought about her often, but not too often. CONCLUSION- a good movie.
PS- if there are any guys out there who look and act like landon carter-get in touch with me immediately

This is the best TV show i have ever seen. I have the box set and i watch it all the time! The characters are sooo good! Yuu Watase is just awesome. You can't beat her. You get so caught up and might i mention that it is ADDICTIVE. You watch the first 5-10 episodes and you will have to watch all the way to 52! Tasuki is the best though everyone is wonderful! I was never a big anime fan, but i LUV THIS! Basic plot: Girl unhappy with life gets trapped in a magical book set in ancient china, finds the guy of her dreams, becomes a priestess, becomes enemies with her best bud, and learns quite a bit about herself!
This is NOT pokemon, i wouldn't recommend anything past the first few episodes for kids under 12 or 13.
IMPORTANT: GET THE SUBTITLED VERSION!!!!! PLEASE!!!The dubbed version (from what i have heard) totally BUTCHERS it!
