I'm afraid I will have to ho back to this. I just kept getting bored & going off doing something else. After 1hr15mins I decided it would be best just to put something on ai know I already like so can settle down to watch in bed. Tbh I was never a big fan of the first one. I really like Sandler & enjoy quite a few of his films ( including Jack & Jill, which I know a lot hate), buy it just wasn't really all that fun, in fact when I think back to a part I did actually laugh it was real early on, while he was drunk on golf course with some young people having a laugh. Too much of Debbie Downer trying to pull of a emotional storyline which does nothing to make you emotional. & just not enough solid jokes but maybe these will happen in the 40minutes left I still need to finish. I don't think I will be in a rush to finish it. On another note Sandler is really aging. Guy needs give himself a nice rest & get some beauty sleep.

The plot is very upfront over what it's going to be about, yet you still feel some intensity all the way through. This doesn't look big budget & is really all in 1 simple location, but it's acted & directed well.

While the FM is just off from the beggining & you already know all the story , they still put new creepy abuse factors in & 1 small fun touch. The child actors were all amazing. Not sure how young the Oliver kid were, but if that was him pulling that off well done.

There is a couple of plot holes you're shouting " yeah, no" it would be 999 first & tbh I would've been keen to maybe see it go with that. But still quite a surreal watch 6.5.
