So enjoyed this lovely series. Reminds me of everything I love about our Canadian style of storytelling. Interesting stories about real people doing good work without any pumped up, staged drama.
One thing: I might invite those reviewers complaining of "deception" to do a some critical thinking. The show is about vets who care for arctic animals, it's not ice road truckers. The arctic circle would be categorically inhospitable for veterinary medical procedures (vaccines and anaesthetic freeze in subzero temperatures, which actually happened on a cold day in season 1), never mind the filming of them. Churchill (subarctic) is a huge migration point for polar bears in the fall and their conservation efforts coupled with the fact that Assinaboine, with the only arctic animal hospital in the world, is further south is the only reason the show is possible.

Nice result, design wise, but the owner ruined the episode for me. Every other homeowner on this season was so lovely. Grateful, trusting, open to the process. But the guy's sexist comments, lack of appreciation and general conceitedness just made my skin crawl.
