Upon realizing it's more of a spoof part way in, just rode it from there and laughed my *** off the whole time!! Where's Eddie? Maybe not born yet and in the next one hopefully?! It is completely goofy and out there, but the entire time in awe of the sets and colors. Grew up to this show in B/W and yet costumes were colored. Made me feel like I was watching an upgraded version that was strangely comfortable and combined old & new well together. I just wish Herman's voice was a bit more like the original, a bit deeper. Grandpa looked hella close to the original though, which was nice. Honestly thinking of rewatching this one on some psychedelics!

I haven't seen any of Rob Zombies horror movies, but now I'm curious!!

Sooo many familiar faces, which was nice, but not enough to make it memorable. Had a 90s production feel to it looking at some of the low quality/basic sets and shows throughout. Not something I would ever purchase or recommend, could have done better, but hey, the actors tried. Mindless cheesefest when you have run out of things to watch.

So I know people within the music industry that have been in it for over 20 years. I usually have access to V.I.P./backstage....

So that being said, when this came out quite a few of my musician buddies mentioned they had been around N.W.A. in those days or knew people close to them. Their responses though were not so kind. They mentioned quite a bit of this movie is made up/Hollywood fluff just to sell it. So don't take this as an actually history piece, because it is NOT. Pretty much all of them were disgusted by it. Think the real story will ever happen? Most likely not.

Sure, I grew up to their music, but I just couldn't bring myself to finish watching this.
