What can I say? I love this movie. I'm a big fan of the Muppets to begin with and I've been enamored with it since the first time I saw it. Michael Caine is absolutely superb as Scrooge. He's so dark and nasty that the music and dancing and singing of the other characters is necessary to balance out the mood of the movie.
Every time I see it I am touched by the suffering of the Crachit family in their future without Tiny Tim, and by Scrooge's transformation. The change in his face and demeanor is just beautiful to see.
This was a well-produced movie. The sets and costumes and overall feel of it were just excellent.
Very highly recommended. It's not just for kids!

I've seen a few episodes now, and I think it's funny. There's some good writing in there, lots of good laughs.
So what if the quints aren't identical? It's not impossible to have fraternal quints. Unlikely, but so is having quints in the first place!
The most recent episode I saw (where they're trying to get a new van) was hilarious. It was great to see Bob ("Bulldog" from "Frasier") guest starring as their competition.
I look forward to seeing more episodes. I enjoy everyone in the cast. Each of the kids is quite a character! Give it a shot, you'll be sure to have some laughs. Great new series.
