"Severe Injuries" pretty much establishes Amy Lynn Best as a totally professional (and clever) force in the Low-budget film world. Charlie Fleming has his best role as the inept would-be killer, and Jasi Cotton Lanier's bits are very funny.
Film is also top notch in all technical aspects and contains a surprise appearance by an actress in what could be one of her most memorable appearances ever.
Like "The Resurrection Game", this Happy Cloud Productions effort has a lot of surprise touches. Indie Film legend Debbie Rochon even shows up! Think the DVD may come with the short subject "Were-Girll" with Jasi Cotton Lanier, which was Best' first effort and also very funny.

Attended advance preview of "Rectuma" and had a great time. Worth it just to see the "Jodie Foster" impersonation. Lead actor reminds one of Gene Wilder in his 1970's films, very good performances by all, including some veteran Pirromount players.
Lots of funny bits in this twisted take on the werewolf legends. Jasi is at her best here, with a sly performance as the "victim". Director Amy Lynn Best also supplies some brief buy very effective bits by Debbie Rochon, who is also in good comedy form here.
