Hosted by Nick and his demented zombie puppet Happy, they treat a theater full of zombies to 83 minutes of cool trailers from horror and gore flicks from 70's (mostly). Between trailers Nick & Happy tell some pretty lame jokes. Two things would've made this a little better.

1.Less of Nick and his annoying puppet

2.More obscure films

Overall, its one of the best trailer tapes ive seen (and i've seen a few). 8/10

Oh yeah and by the way, Mad Ron is the cannibalistic projectionist chained to the projector.

Apparently the fools that made this film (film? HAH)had ZERO idea of what makes a slasher film work.NO blood NO nudity(well,very brief nudity)and above all NO PAYOFF!!I spent 90 freakin minutes guessing and second guessing who the killer could be and his/her possible motive(i was shooting for a lame two-killer scream type ending).And what did i get for my troubles? Absolutely Jack Sh!t.Zip ,ziltch,nada,nothin.Just who the hell was that dude and what wild hair got up his butt??Im guessing that the killer must've escaped from a different movie set.The set up was ripe for a vengeful parent and or sibling hacking away for revenge of the girl that fell to her death that was mentioned briefly(ala Prom night,To all a good night etc..).But nooo,there was no rhyme or reason given as to who the hell he was and what provoked his bloodless rampage.I would give this a zero but for the gay guy that tries to act straight.He had me laughing my ass off.Plus he had Toolbox Murders and The Corpse grinders posters on his wall,which was a small bonus.Overall a pathetic,inept,dull and uninspiring DUD.1/10

Well,i have had this film on video for 9-10 years (saw it for the first time in 84)but had not watched it in about 5 years so i decided to throw it in and give my two cents here. After watching it again i can only come up with one word,and that is TAME.The violence is tame,the rape scenes are tame,everything about this movie is tame.It is totally undeserving of its cult status and infamy.

The same theaters that ran this film in the 70's also played porn films like Forced Entry(NOT the Tanya Roberts film).If this was a hardcore film very few would remember it because many porno's of the time had the same theme(done better i might add).But since it was R-rated and MANY more people saw it,it has garnered a following,that to this day,is mindboggling.With that said,its an O.K.film worth a watch or two and worthy of your collection.But cult status? Nah
