Evidently, Alexi Hawley and Nathan Fillion don't read IMDb ratings and reviews, because they obviously never read my review for Season 5 Episode 18, "Double Trouble".
And the other scathing reviews as well.
I mean, I don't know what else to say and do when episodes like this come out.
The only thing from this episode that is probably pertinent to the entire Rookieverse is the chat between Bradford and Chen when they were both in the abandoned hospital.
Apart from that, this episode contributes almost nothing whatsoever to the general storyline of The Rookie.
Will definitely just skip episodes like this in the future.

Ok, where do we start...
First of all, I think it would be remiss of me not to mention that I haven't read any of the Wheel of Time books yet.
Now that's out of the way, my grievance, is with Marcus Rutherford's acting, or the way that he is directed to act in this episode in particular.
I have never liked his acting in the series from episode one. As a matter of fact, apart from Donal Finn, I think the acting has been quite poor from the rest of the main Two Rivers casts from the very beginning of this series.
Josha Stadrowski mouth seems to have difficulty to completely close in every scene that he is in.
Madeleine Madden is struggling to convey the right emotions in most episodes. Apart from the episodes when she was tortured by Renna, she made every scene that she is in felt like a soap opera. But maybe it's just me.
Which brings me to Marcus Rutherford.
His collections of facial expressions is just dire. His non-action acting, especially in this episode, consists of only moving his mouths, wrinkled his forehead and glabella (google it up).
It was tolerable for me, until this episode.
And because of that, he was made to look like he overact every scene and consequently, oozes zero charisma, for an episode in which he's supposed to be Jon Snow in Battle of the B*st**ds.
Anyway, I read a few of the other reviews in which people actually praise this episode.
I can barely stand it.
Probably the low point of Season 3 for me so far.
Ok then, you can now start downvoting this review like you guys did with the others that don't give a 9 or 10 rating for this episode.
