The Ningyo

I watched this on Vimeo, and is the first video on vimeo, I'd to, out of enthusiasm, switch off my room lights to watch/experience this masterpiece only in dark, esp when professor/He enters the tunnel... needless to say, its a well-crafted master piece and obviously trillions times worth than hundreds of films made worldwide, those offer nothing to the audience except limiting to buy tickets..that isn't surprising though..what surprises me is the 'GENEROSITY' of the creators!... I'm sure this video, certainly can alarm or jolt the brains & hearts of many or almost all creators on vimeo/Hollywood/bollywood/Tollywood/Chinese/British to re-verify whether their movies/videos or worth to sell or share it free! This creation/video is also worth mark as an eligibility benchmark, by the production houses to make a safe bet before invest in-to making a movie. My hatsoff & Shirtsoff (in some regions of India it's a tradition to remove shirts before you enter inside Temples, to gain the positive energy from the Idol), for sharing behind the scenes of Ningyo/incredible!

Easy to define it as masterpiece. Because the sources of seduction are many, the craft is just impecable, the atmosphere and memorable scenes are just great.

But, more important, remains the story.

Simple, precise, about an ex-hunter, a change, his battle against skepticism of scientific circles, an old japanes myth and a venerable man interested by a map , a mermaid and imortality.

A beautiful film, detail by detail. Provocative, touching and wise made.

About idealism, life respect and two crowds interested by a fascinating submarine been.

A film about truth and option to serve it. Simple and precise. Surprising, for many reasons, in essence, just delightful.
