Il clandestino, created by Ugo Ripamonti and Renato Sannio, is a TV series that struggles to balance humor and drama, ultimately failing to deliver a compelling or cohesive narrative. Set in Milan, the story follows Luca Travaglia (Edoardo Leo), a former police officer grieving the loss of his wife, as he teams up with Palitha, an eccentric Sinhalese character, to run an unconventional detective agency. Edoardo Leo brings sincerity to his role, portraying a man haunted by tragedy with moments of quiet intensity.
