Jax took it upon himself to go to rehab for 30 days when he realized he needed help and he wanted to do this for his son most of all. Brittany bad mouths him the whole time he is there - not taking responsibility for her own actions either - she had some kind of an affair with Jax's friend? She calls him an idiot and didn't visit him there once. She never met him half way for her son's sake. And for the so-called friends who throw a "Britt's Place" party at Jax's bar on the eve of his release and desecrate the place is disgusting. Sure he did wrong w/o being able to control his anger - but that's why he went for help. None of this dirty laundry should have been aired. After-all , the child will grow up someday and see it onTV. Can you imagine how he will feel?
If Jax doesn't get axed from *The Valley*, I'm done watching. He brings nothing positive to the show - just the same toxic behaviour. He treats Brittany with abusive language, shows signs of domestic violence, keeps drinking, and acts like a deadbeat father. Enough is enough. He needs to go. Why are we normalising this behaviour? Since coming out of rehab, he hasn't even made an effort to see his son - who should have been his main priority. Not paying the mortgage and putting Brittany and their child at risk of losing their home is absolutely disgusting. It's time this behaviour had real consequences.
I recently started watching The Valley and am all caught up. While watching the season 1 episode 4 of the after show I noticed the black woman huffing, rolling her eyes and gesturing a whip in regards to Brittany (being an actual friend to Janet) during Zack's monolog. I'm wondering if she's doing this for relevance? I'm dumbfounded that she could have heard anything he said and thought those were appropriate reactions. Being a person with chocolate melanin, I would never be able to justify his argument. A friend is a friend, but morality breeds integrity. She reminded me a LOT like Flavor Flav.... always the hype man only without much of the substance. Tighten it up old girl, there are young versions of us out there imitating what they see. Do better, whomever you are.

So let me start by saying I am obsessed with this show. It is so good and I'm so happy to see Kristen thriving . My heart goes out to Britney and I want her to live her best life. The rest of the cast brings so much too. Now - Janet. Janet is the new Jax, and may actually be a worse human being than Jax. Janet has serious issues with narcissism and deflection and needs to go to a rehab just like Jax did. Janet may being good tv- but after this last episode she is making me think that the number one jerk in the group could no longer be Jax and now be Janet. Janet is a horrible human and needs to go.
Lol wtf is this? It's all the washed up rejects from other shows. Viewers want young, rich and reckless people to watch because it's fun and exciting..the married with kids narrative life is extremely dull and boring. I watch tv to escape that, if I wanted to watch something like that I would just watch my ring camera footage. 😂 All of these people seem genuinely miserable and are doing anything to seem relevant. This show is the epitome of people who banked on reality tv and then they got phased out and are now on a last ditch effort to keep that reality tv paycheck coming in. Hard to make it through the first episode, awful and cringey.
