This is what we want

Ok we all know what we want and that's the original messiness of VPR - well here they are Kristen Doute and Jax Taylor need I say more? Yes there's babies now but Kristen and Jax still bring the comments and the chaos we all know and love.

After the disappoint of the latest VPR season this was a welcome relief to watch.

I can't say much on the new couples after just the first episode but the season preview does some upcoming drama and tensions. There's also chatter around one couples marriage that does change after having kids - and not for the better - which I do feel does not get talked about enough on television.

What is that black women's name?

I recently started watching The Valley and am all caught up. While watching the season 1 episode 4 of the after show I noticed the black woman huffing, rolling her eyes and gesturing a whip in regards to Brittany (being an actual friend to Janet) during Zack's monolog. I'm wondering if she's doing this for relevance? I'm dumbfounded that she could have heard anything he said and thought those were appropriate reactions. Being a person with chocolate melanin, I would never be able to justify his argument. A friend is a friend, but morality breeds integrity. She reminded me a LOT like Flavor Flav.... always the hype man only without much of the substance. Tighten it up old girl, there are young versions of us out there imitating what they see. Do better, whomever you are.

S. 2 - Jax Deserves Better

Jax took it upon himself to go to rehab for 30 days when he realized he needed help and he wanted to do this for his son most of all. Brittany bad mouths him the whole time he is there - not taking responsibility for her own actions either - she had some kind of an affair with Jax's friend? She calls him an idiot and didn't visit him there once. She never met him half way for her son's sake. And for the so-called friends who throw a "Britt's Place" party at Jax's bar on the eve of his release and desecrate the place is disgusting. Sure he did wrong w/o being able to control his anger - but that's why he went for help. None of this dirty laundry should have been aired. After-all , the child will grow up someday and see it onTV. Can you imagine how he will feel?

Why

Who gave this show the green light? Whoever it was should not be allowed to make any decisions at bravo.

No one wants more of Jax or Brittany. They are terrible people, and I was so happy when they were finally removed from Vanderpump Rules. Seriously, Bravo, stop trying to make them happen. I might have watched for Kristen, but I refuse to watch any show that puts Jax and Brittany front and center. From other reviews, it seems like I'm not missing anything.

Seems like Bravo needs to hire some new blood and get some new ideas instead of trying to recycle old ideas that nobody wants to watch. Do better, Bravo.

Janet

So let me start by saying I am obsessed with this show. It is so good and I'm so happy to see Kristen thriving . My heart goes out to Britney and I want her to live her best life. The rest of the cast brings so much too. Now - Janet. Janet is the new Jax, and may actually be a worse human being than Jax. Janet has serious issues with narcissism and deflection and needs to go to a rehab just like Jax did. Janet may being good tv- but after this last episode she is making me think that the number one jerk in the group could no longer be Jax and now be Janet. Janet is a horrible human and needs to go.

Fail Bravo....BIG Fail!

Seriously what is this show....rejected cast of Vanderpump Rules being lead by the biggest joke out there/most narcissistic/biggest liar and cheater Jax...really? On top of that I couldn't even make it through 20 minutes of the show because if I had to watch one more second of Jax talking holier than thou to people, puke was imminent. Worst show and already blocked from any app. Will never watch. Save your money bravo.... Jax is a desperate wannabe who needs to be forgotten. On top of ALLLLLL that you've made a show with Brittany also acting like she's better than others....and Kristin of all people (although Kristin is way more interesting than Jax and Brittany any day). All in all...0/10.

Fun!

I can add this show to my guilty pleasures, just like Vanderpump Rules and the Real Housewives. I love it! I hope their will be many seasons to come. It is so fun to see Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright and Kirsten Doute back in action again. And sometimes seeing the castmates from Vanderpump at parties too. It just feels familiar. Now that they are older and raising children you can see they struggle just like everyone else. Relationship problems, pregnancy problems, it just keeps you glued to the show. You want to know what happens next! And lets be honest Jax and Kirsten can have a show just about the two of them and I would watch it... so: fun!!

But why lol?

I was so excited to see this and then when I finally watched the trailer I feel like I just wasted minutes of my life. You literally picked the bottom of the barrel people with the exception of Kristen and some randoms. And you picked to put someone on and put their best friend to be "the mediator" of the group. He isn't involved with them. He clearly likes men and isn't in the "Valley" Vanderpump genre as he wasn't a cast member or couple in ANY season. As someone who was like YES more Vanderpump, it's a doozy. And as for Brittany to be your image of the show, (as it seems) uh CRINGE. She is the epitome of someone who needs to love themselves. Jax cheated on national television and she thinks she is this hot stuff. You were cheated on. That doesn't make a relationship stronger. I won't be watching any longer, these "characters" don't need a platform any longer.

No one wanted this

Lol wtf is this? It's all the washed up rejects from other shows. Viewers want young, rich and reckless people to watch because it's fun and exciting..the married with kids narrative life is extremely dull and boring. I watch tv to escape that, if I wanted to watch something like that I would just watch my ring camera footage. 😂 All of these people seem genuinely miserable and are doing anything to seem relevant. This show is the epitome of people who banked on reality tv and then they got phased out and are now on a last ditch effort to keep that reality tv paycheck coming in. Hard to make it through the first episode, awful and cringey.

Yasssss

The first episode is introducing all the players and will evolve from there. We are already seeing some drama in the works with Kristen who 100% makes reality TV sparkle. Similar to VPR, you will either love it or hate it. Brittany and Jax are juicy and i was thrilled to see some cast from VPR make appearances. This is going to be so good as time goes on. It seems a bit less scripted than VPR which even if that's not true, they are doing a better job of making it seem reality. The party was inspiring and loved the theme. There seems to be more depth to this series so far and a sense of growth in Jax. Brittany is sweeter than buttermilk biscuits! I prefer this show over housewives and when VPR ends the grieving process will be easier since we can watch The Valley. Looking forward to getting to know the rest of the crew and so glad Jasmine is there along with Janet. Jesse needs to be real and you all know what I am saying!

Axe Jax from show

If Jax doesn't get axed from *The Valley*, I'm done watching. He brings nothing positive to the show - just the same toxic behaviour. He treats Brittany with abusive language, shows signs of domestic violence, keeps drinking, and acts like a deadbeat father. Enough is enough. He needs to go. Why are we normalising this behaviour? Since coming out of rehab, he hasn't even made an effort to see his son - who should have been his main priority. Not paying the mortgage and putting Brittany and their child at risk of losing their home is absolutely disgusting. It's time this behaviour had real consequences.

Brings me back to the early years of Vanderpump Rules

The show is actually waaaay better than Vanderpump Rules right now. Vanderpump Rules has become a bit stale in my opinion as of recent. The Valley reminds me of the early years of Vanderpump Rules, when Jacks and Kristen were in the mix with all the drama. To me that made the show more interesting. Also, the women on this show "The Valley" are all drop dead gorgeous. It's the best of both worlds, beautiful people, and drama at every turn. I hope to God they keep bringing the show back for more seasons going forward. Jax is still the same guy he was 10 years ago, and is still just as exciting to watch.

Keep it up Bravo!, and please bring this show back next season.

Epic JOKE with ZERO point

Show about nothing but showcasing DESPERATION in people who NEVER WERE/NEVER will be famous, just infamous. It should be renamed "DESPERATE TO BE RELEVANT". TRASH show that shoves overweight, pathetic, ordinary women acting like they are OK with their empty lives as long as they have their FAKE eyelashes, hair extensions, MAKEUP and equally ridiculous "friends" (oh gee why can't we I pregnant after spending my entire youth drinking/smoking to excess?!?! What a mystery). Then add in SHEANA SHAY who is the QUEEN of pathetic JOKE reality stars desperately worming her way into the ONLY new trash show she would ever get on). As bad as the KARTRASIANS! Good luck BRAVO, this sucks major!!!!!!

Get rid of Janet

The only reason Janet got on the show was because she liked vanderpump rules. She is a trouble maker and she is making accusations that are really bad get rid of her. She is starting to make the show all about her she may not like people on the show but somehow she is the one that is always badly done by no one wants to be around her by by. We are on the second season and she is still causing trouble all about her. I want more to the seasons with other couples. Like the gay girls we don't much about them would like to know more. More about all of the cast not just Janet. Also Lala and shena need to be on more i would like them to be a permanent part of the show.

A fresh reality show that will make you want more

Bold. Beautiful. Brutal. Welcome to the Realest Side of LA.

The Valley takes everything you love about Bravo and injects it with a wild dose of raw honesty, deep-rooted friendships, explosive conflict, and SoCal glam. It's not just a reality show - it's an inside look at the chaos and connection that define this group's lives in LA's most dramatic zip codes.

Cast Breakdown - The Real MVPs of The Valley

Jax Taylor Bravo's ultimate wild card. He's dramatic, magnetic, and unpredictable in all the best ways. Whether he's causing tension or dropping truth bombs, Jax is The Valley's beating heart - you can't look away, and you wouldn't want to.

Brittany Cartwright Warm, steady, and strong - Brittany brings heart to the chaos. Her ability to balance loyalty, motherhood, and drama makes her one of the most grounded and beloved voices in the mix. The Southern charm is still strong, but she's no pushover.

Jesse Lally Jesse is the cool, collected guy who keeps the pot from boiling over - until he needs to. Thoughtful and confident, he navigates the group with grace and speaks up when it really counts. There's a quiet strength here that shouldn't be underestimated.

Danny Booko & Nia Sanchez (Couple) These two are pure Bravo electricity. Danny brings heat and humor, while Nia brings elegance and intensity. Together, they're magnetic. Their chemistry, loyalty, and fire keep things interesting - whether they're navigating drama or holding their own in tough conversations, they're a power couple with real presence.

Michelle Saniei Sharp, stylish, and unapologetically real. Michelle doesn't just participate - she owns her space. She stands firm in her values, handles drama with precision, and serves looks while doing it. A true standout.

Kristen Doute The Bravo legend herself. Kristen brings experience, vulnerability, and unpredictable energy. She's outspoken, chaotic in the best way, and full of soul. If something's happening, Kristen is probably in the middle of it - or just outside the frame, ready to shake things up.

Luke Brodrick Cool, calm, and surprisingly deep. Luke plays it chill, but there's substance under that relaxed surface. Whether he's being the voice of reason or flying under the radar, he's got a vibe that balances out the bigger personalities.

Zack Wickham The humor, the commentary, the shade - Zack is the personality that keeps everyone (and everything) in check. His authenticity, flair, and occasional chaos are always a welcome force in the group.

Jason Caperna A quiet storm. Jason doesn't always speak first, but when he does, it matters. His measured energy and grounded demeanor give the group structure, and his loyalty runs deep.

Janet Caperna Smart, savvy, and never backing down from a real conversation. Janet is thoughtful, fiery when she needs to be, and always observant. She knows the game and plays it well - with class and clarity.

Jasmine Goode Confident, fearless, and fun as hell. Jasmine walks into a room and instantly shifts the vibe. She's got the voice, the presence, and the power to shake things up - and she never plays small.

Why The Valley Deserves a 10/10 The Cast: One of the strongest and most unique ensembles Bravo's built in years - real friendships, real issues, real fire.

The Vibe: It's fresh, flashy, dramatic, but grounded in emotional stakes that feel authentic.

The Energy: Fast-paced, sharp editing, and no dead air. Every scene matters.

The Heart: Behind the back-and-forth and the bold statements, there's soul. These aren't just reality stars - they're people trying to grow, love, and survive LA together.

Season 2 - Even Better

No spoilers, no hints - just trust us when we say: Season 2 raises the bar. Every emotion hits harder. Every story goes deeper. Every cast member gets a moment. You think you know The Valley? Think again.

Final Verdict

The Valley is more than just a spin-off or a follow-up - it's the evolution of Bravo storytelling. Real relationships, raw emotions, and that signature chaotic glamor we can't live without.

10 out of 10.

Bravo, you've done it again. We're locked in.
